That score is a measure of whether people would recommend you. It’s a yes or no type of question, and it’s not complicated. Would they, or wouldn’t they, recommend you and your business to someone else. That’s all that you need to know. If your score is high, you’re doing okay. If your score is low, you may want to create further surveys to find out where the problems lie. Your future business growth and development could depend on it, so take it seriously and be prepared to make some changes.
